It was actually above 0 when I checked the temperature at 8 a.m. yesterday. We are heading into a warm spell, the low 20's. Jack Frost visited my west kitchen windows and left me a little forest of ferns with a grass line and roots below.
I don't know if it was the high barometric pressure or what but I had a nagging headache all day yesterday, nothing severe, just nagging. I did manage to get a lot of ditch quilting in the piece below and now I have to decide whether I want straight lines in the borders or some free motion quilting.
I think I'll do the ditch quilting on the plaid NY beauty while I contemplate that.
