In the morning yesterday I made another batch of Chex Mix and put it in the Christmas Ziploc bags. Then I made the fudge. Last night I started packing it for shipping to my family.
Last night I made a double batch of Shortbread cookies, some pressed into the pans with shapes and the end of the batch on a regular cookie sheet. The first batch got a little browner than I intended but I happen to like them that way. Taste vs. appearance. I'll go for taste.
