Yesterday morning there weren't any comments in my email. I thought you guys all took me seriosly when I said 'don't aswer that'. It seems Blogger was sloooooooow in sending the comments, not until 1 p.m. I have to thank you all for reasuring me that I'm OK. I also want to assure Jeannette that I don't have a drawer of string labeled too small to use! And like passingdowncrazy, said "Why would anyone want to be normal?". I really enjoyed all of the comments, so thank you! I was able to carry on and play with fabric. I found 2 Philip Jacobs florals (above) that have grey and almost grey backgrounds that look nice with the 2 grey fabrics. Maybe a zig zag quilt, hmmm...........
Are these fabrics cute or what? They go along nicely with the fabrics I bought last year. Now I need to actually do something with them for my red kitchen.
Here is a better photo of the border I put on the Bento Box quilt top that I finished a couple weeks ago. Because the fabric has both red and green in it, it looks like brown in a photo where in real life it looks green. This was taken with natural daylight so it is closer to the real thing.
