The snow plow guy was just here and I looked out and the sun was shining! We haven't seen it for awhile. The snow pile is almost pretty with the sun shining on it. This pile by the way is one lane wide by as tall as you see it. My driveway is 3 lanes wide and this pile takes up half the length of my driveway in that lane.
I quilted my Turning 20 quilt top that I made a couple years ago.
I did this binding by machine too, a narrow blanket stitch. This quilt measures 63" x 78" so it is a skimpy twin size, generous lap size.
My computer class just cancelled because of the winds and drifting predicted for this morning. The students travel over 20 miles to get here so I didn't want them to get stuck. We didn't get the howling wind they predicted and the snow is a little heavier than they thought so the worst scenario didn't happen.
